This dealer is definitely one of a kind, was promised an offer for my trade in and got it no back and forth hassling, also everyone here was kind and polite(except for a small moment with the finance guy) but even more surprised that they keep there word and don't try and sneak in any hidden fees, for the first time in over 15 car purchases i didn't have to argue with the dealer about removing bs fees. also the Ram 1500 I purchased was the lowest price I found. Great business and kind people. Would highly recommend them

I’m very impressed with the service that I received from Ray Chrysler in Fox Lake. I generally work on my own vehicles, but I had an electrical issue that was beyond what I wanted to get into. I scheduled an appointment (the same day) and realized that the Jeep wouldn’t make it there. They immediately sent a tow truck to my house to get it. I got my answers fast, and the mechanic was very thorough and they even sent me a video of what he found wrong with the vehicle on his inspection. Cynthia took care of the service, and she did an amazing job. Her communication was excellent, and kept me included with what was going on all the way through. She sent me the results of the mechanics inspection and allowed me to choose how I’d like to proceed, with the prices clearly stated. She was very personable and friendly, and took care of everything very professionally. I am very happy with all of their work. I would definitely recommend their service department, and will be going back to see them, if I ever need their help again. Thanks again Cynthia and the team at Ray!
